The "iDates" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of iDates Network or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or display ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant iDates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iDates Network, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to iDates, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. iDates Network expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Services. You assume all risk associated with your interactions with other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by deactivating it through your account settings or by contacting us. Please note that deactivation may not result in the complete deletion of all your data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
